When do I have to pay for the project?
Invoices are sent on the 15th and 1st of every month for the time worked on every project by the team member and are due by the 16th and 2nd.

What if I need my project to be completed in less than 72 hours?
Completion of project requests not only the time of the designer/development/assistant but also the time of the Project Manager. For rushed projects, a rush fee may apply according to the type of request.
Can I request multiple projects at the same time?
Yes, however it is important to always keep in mind the deadlines. Projects are delivered between 48-72 hours. Excluding web development projects.
I don't have time to schedule the call with the project manager, can I still submit my project and get it taken care of?

Unfortunately, no. For the project to get assigned to a team member, the meeting with the Project Manager is mandatory to ensure we have a complete understanding on what's needed. This will ensure our team spens just the needed amout of time on the project without too many revisions.
What happens if I can't pay for the project invoice immediately?
We allow our Mastery Members to have a maximum balance of $1500 total. When a customer reaches that balance due, all work will be stopped and no other projects can be submited until the balance is paid in full.
How do I know how much time my project took?
We will give you access to our Project Management system, where you will be able to keep track of your project and also see screenshots of the timesheets of each team member involved in your project.
